Your Instructor
MandarinX was founded by Estella Chen and Nelson Wang. Estella obtained her Master’s degree from USC and her doctoral degree from the USC’s Rossier School of Education, whose dissertation on online Mandarin learning won the Dissertation of the Year award. Once you select your Mandarin tutoring package, Estella and her team will assign a tutor to you for your sessions.

When do the sessions start and finish?
The sessions will be scheduled through email with you and your tutor based on availability on both sides.
How long do I have access to the purchased tutoring sessions?
Your sessions must be used within a 1 year period. After 1 year of the purchase date, the tutoring sessions will expire.
What if I am unhappy with the tutoring?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
